With Competences, a company can track and store the professional skills and knowledge of their employees. One or more competences can be attached to a user, although a user can only have one primary competence. Users or their managers can assess their competence using the Competence assessment feature. Competences can be used to automatically price projects, e.g. a senior specialist can be priced with Competences at 200 EUR / hour while the project is priced at 150 EUR / hour.
