Balance calculation is showing wrong value
In case the balance value is incorrect, check if:
- The user is missing hire date and the year has just changed.
- If hire date has not been specified, balance calculation will start from zero after year changes.
- The user related information has been changed recently.
- Balance adjustments have been made for the user.
- The capacity calendar of the user has been changed recently.
- Absences have been accepted for the user.
- In this case time reports may have automatically been generated.
- Users capacity calendar is missing national holidays.
