Balance calculation is showing wrong value

In case the balance value is incorrect, check if:

  • The user is missing hire date and the year has just changed.
    • If hire date has not been specified, balance calculation will start from zero after year changes.
  • The user related information has been changed recently.
  • Balance adjustments have been made for the user.
  • The capacity calendar of the user has been changed recently.
  • Absences have been accepted for the user.
    • In this case time reports may have automatically been generated.
  • Users capacity calendar is missing national holidays.
