Create, edit and delete a request
Create a new request
- Go to Projects & services > Requests.
- Click New Request.
- Add Subject, Start, Deadline, Responsible, Contact/Account and Project.
- Add other necessary information and click Save as new.
Note: After saving the request, a request ID is automatically generated.
Edit a request
- Go to Projects & services > Requests.
- Edit a requests either by:
- Click on the request and in the summary page click Edit or
- Click the pencil icon of the request you want to edit.
- After you have done the changes, click Save.
Delete a request
- Go to Projects & services > Requests.
- Delete a request either by:
- Click on the checkbox of the request you want to delete and click Delete or
- Click the Subject of the request and in the summary page click Delete.
- Click Delete.
