Create, edit and delete a task
Create a new task
- Go to Projects & services > Projects.
- Click on the Name of a project.
- In the Project space, go to Tasks tab.
- Click New Task.
- Add Name and Start and Finish dates.
- Fill in other necessary information.
- Select Type as Milestone, if you want this to be a milestone.
- Select a task to the Parent field, if you want this to be a sub task.

Select a task to the Depends on field, if this is dependent on another task.
Note: If task is dependent on another task, Start date will be automatically set to start after the end of the selected task.
- Click Save as new.
Edit a task
- Go to Projects & services > Projects.
- Click on the Name of a project.
- In the Project space, go to Tasks tab.
- Edit a task either by:
- Click on the task and in the summary view click Edit or
- Click the pencil icon of the task you want to edit.
- After you have done the changes, click Save.
Delete a task
- Go to Projects & services > Projects.
- Click on the Name of a project.
- In the Project space, go to Tasks tab.
- Click on the checkbox of the task you want to delete and click Delete.
