Enable recipients to unsubscribe
When creating a new email for your campaign you decide if you want to enable recipients to unsubscribe.
- Go to Sales & Marketing > Campaigns.
- Click on your campaign.
- Click on New mail.
- Scroll down to Unsubscribe footer.
- Choose the the language of the link.
Receivers unsubscribe by clicking on the link in the email. After that they will not receive any more emails. You see the number of unsubscribed contacts in the campaign information and clicking on the number you see their names.
