Workflow of an expense
Expense supports two different workflows as shown below:
Workflow I (default)
- Reported - notification to superior (default) or project manager
- Accepted - notification to finance/payroll
- Rejected - notification to employee
- Paid (Accepted only) - notification to employee and send to accounting*
Workflow II
- Reported - no notification if centralized model in use (default)
- Inspected - notification to superior
- Accepted - notification to finance/payroll
- Rejected - notification to employee
- Paid (Accepted only) - notification to employee and send to accounting*
Note *Expense integration to accounting required.
Workflow responsibles
- Inspector: Project manager or centralized to finance/payroll (default)
- Acceptor: Superior (default) or project manager
- Payment team: Finance/payroll persons
