How can I view absences in Work Schedules and Calendar
Absences in Work schedules
- Go to Projects & services > Work Schedules
- Filter the list to choose certain teams or persons.
For example, to look at staff absences, click Order by person-project and project-selection list Absences project.
- To view the time interval for weekly selection list, change the
settings to View by day or View by month. The default is View by week.
Absences in Calendar
- Another way to look at absences in your team or organization is to
select Collaboration > Calendar.
- Click the Show filters switch and select the Absences checkbox.
- Filter absences according to a specific user or group in the View by filter. You will then get the annual leave and other absences for the selection.
