How to add start time balance to user
Add normal balance start value
- Go to People > Users.
- Edit a user either by:
- Click on the user name and in the summary page click Edit or
- Click the pencil icon of the user you want to edit.
- In the user form go to the User settings category.
- Enter start balance to the Balance adjust field in hours.
- Click Save.
Add overtime balance start value
- Go to Time & absence.
- Select correct user by using the filters.
- Create a new time report for the user by using the overtime field.
- Click Save.
Note: Power or HR rights are required to be able to add hours for another user in the Time sheet. It is recommended to use a separate task for overtime fixes.
