How to add start time balance to user

Add normal balance start value

  1. Go to People > Users.
  2. Edit a user either by:
    • Click on the user name and in the summary page click Edit or
    • Click the pencil icon of the user you want to edit.
  3. In the user form go to the User settings category.
  4. Enter start balance to the Balance adjust field in hours.
  5. Click Save.

Add overtime balance start value

  1. Go to Time & absence.
  2. Select correct user by using the filters.
  3. Create a new time report for the user by using the overtime field.
  4. Click Save.

Note: Power or HR rights are required to be able to add hours for another user in the Time sheet. It is recommended to use a separate task for overtime fixes.
