How to change user status
Set user as inactive or active
- Go to People > Users.
- Change user status either by:
- Click on the checkbox of the user whose status you want to change.

Click Set Inactive or Active
- Click the pencil icon of the user you want to edit.
- Change correct value to the Status field.
- Click Save.
Note: Inactive users can’t be linked to actions, requests, etc. and can’t log in to PlanMill.
Remove from users
- Go to People > Users.
- Click on the checkbox of the user you want to remove.
- Click Remove From Users.
Note: If a user is removed, it will still be shown on the contacts tab but can’t login.
