How to use the documents view
- Go to Collaboration > Documents.
- In the documents view you can:
- Filter documents in the data table by clicking the Show filters switch and selecting correct filters.
- Sort columns by clicking the corresponding column header.
- Create new items by clicking the Create New and selecting an item from the dropdown list.
How to save documents
All documents are saved from forms such as account, request or project. Documents can be automatically generated from incoming email attachments by email capture.
