Who can view absence information
User (Employee)
- Can view own absences in Absence list view, Time sheet, Time
list and My time -reports.
- If user has access rights to Calendar and Work schedules he or she can view the schedule for all absences in the organization.
- Work schedule and reports with duty type filter or column show the
type of absence (i.e. Annual holiday, Sick leave) to all users with
access rights to these reports.
- Descriptions of other users absences are never shown.
User’s superior or other absence acceptor
- Can view all absences in detail where he or she is either the acceptor of
the absence, the superior or superior’s superior of the employee
in question.
- Otherwise same restriction apply as in employee’s case.
HR user
- Can view all absences in detail.
