Create and edit an absence

Create a new absence

  1. Go to Time & absence > Absences.
  2. Click New Absence.
  3. Select the Absence type, Start and Finish dates.
  4. Add other necessary information and click Save As New

Edit an absence

An absence can be edited by user depending on the role of the user and current status of the absence. Read more about absence statuses.

  1. Go to Time & Absence > Absences.
  2. Select the absence from the list either by:

    • Click the pencil icon or

    • Click Edit from the absence summary view.

  3. Make the necessary changes and click Save.
