How to add new bank and public holidays

1. Go to People > Capacity.
2. Edit a calendar either by:
   • Click on the calendar name and in the summary page click Edit or
   • Click the pencil icon of the calendar you want to edit.
3. In the capacity calendar form, add new bank and public holiday data to the Import capacity data field.
   • The data has to be in the correct form e.g. 06.12.2020:Independence Day; 24.12.2020:Christmas
4. Click Save.
