Capacity calendars allow organizations to manage full time and part-time employees work time capacity in different countries. With capacity calendars you determine the length of employees’ work day and week, balance calculation, absence days calculation and availability for resourcing in Work schedules. They contain public holidays and any special capacity days (such as non-work days for a part-time employee) for the employee (user).
An employee needs to be assigned to a capacity calendar and a correct capacity calendar must be available when creating a new employee. You will need to have separate work time calendars for different countries and separate calendars for part-time employees.
