The Sales Order is an order confirmation issued by the provider and sent to the customer before delivering the goods or services. In PlanMill quotes and order confirmations are created in the Sales order module and the PDF can be sent to the customer directly from the system. Once the order is confirmed the system automatically creates invoice rows based on the order information.
